Uniquely Wired Consultants is excited to cohost this free informational workshop with the **Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)**!

This full-day workshop will explore evidence-based approaches for safely recognizing, responding to, and de-escalating crisis situations. Participants will be introduced to practical concepts and strategies designed to build confidence while promoting **safety, dignity, and positive outcomes**.

**Topics will include:**
• Proactive verbal de-escalation and communication strategies
• Recognizing and responding to escalating behavior
• CPI’s Crisis Development Model℠
• CPI’s Decision-Making Matrix℠
• The impact of trauma and brain psychology on behavior
• Approaches that promote safety, dignity, and positive outcomes
• An overview of safe responses when behavior becomes dangerous
