Get Involved
Make the most of your membership by getting involved with a Chamber Committee. This is one way to make your voice heard and help the RACC plan and coordinate programs that will benefit our business community. Choose from the list below and contact the Chamber office today.

Membership
Plan and implement activities that will ensure renewal of current membership and promote recruitment of new members through effective communication of membership value.

• Banquet - Plan and coordinate theme, meal, location, and auction.
• Seminars - Plan and coordinate topics, location, and date/time.

Golf
Plan and coordinate the annual Chamber golf tournament in September.

Motel Tax Management Committee
Plan, coordinate, and support ideas that will increase awareness of the Rolla area in order to promote tourism. Carries out the duties outlined in the contract with the City of Rolla.

Phelps for the Fort
This group supports the military and their families. ($250 annual dues) Those who join AUSA can join as associate members for $33/year.

Banquet
Annual Awards Dinner held in January.

Seminars/Workshops
Periodically held throughout the year focusing on training business leaders and employees.

FLW Spouses Tour of Rolla
Tour, held in September, showcasing local businesses to military families located at Ft. Leonard Wood.

Christmas
Parade and holiday activities held in the downtown area the first Saturday in December.

Leadership Phelps County
A program designed to ensure the continued improvement of the Phelps County area by developing a network of leaders throughout Phelps County that possess a broader understanding of the needs and issues and to increase commitment to community service and leadership.

Education
Coordinate events and envolve the business community with local education. Participate in the Show-Me Scholars Program doing presentations to the 8th grade classes and funding annual scholarship(s).

Small Business
Plan and coordinate the annual Business Showcase/Conference and activities/tours during Small Business Week and Industry Week.
