Sirloin Stockade was founded in 1966 in Kansas. The company has been in business 51 years. The Rolla location was opened in 1974 and has been in the same location for 44 years. Sirloin Stockade has 25 locations in the United States, and has grown internationally with 32 locations in Mexico.
Sirloin Stockade-Rolla is managed by Kevin Bramlett and two Assistant Managers, Tom Doty and Brian Stevens, they manage 40 employees.
