A ribbon cutting is a great way to share an exciting moment for your business with the Rolla community. Whether you’re opening your doors, celebrating a new location, completing a renovation, marking an anniversary, or celebrating your Chamber membership, we’d love to help you celebrate!
What to Expect
A ribbon cutting brings together Chamber staff, Ambassadors, fellow members, and community supporters to recognize your business. You’ll have an opportunity to share a few words about your business and the occasion before the ribbon is cut.
We encourage you to invite your staff, family, friends, customers, and others who have been part of your journey. Refreshments, giveaways, and decorations are optional and up to you.

Scheduling Your Ribbon Cutting
Our preferred days for ribbon cuttings are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 10:30 a.m. or 2:00 p.m. Scheduling is based on availability on the Chamber’s calendar. Please provide your preferred date and an alternate date when submitting your request. Your ribbon cutting is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Chamber staff. Please wait until your date and time are confirmed before promoting your event.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A $50 fee applies if your business cancels or reschedules a confirmed ribbon cutting. Please contact the Chamber as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
